Men - 

I have thought of many ways to introduce you to myself and the truth is, you deserve to receive the most authentic form of who I am, what I am about, what I am passionate for, and what I stand for in this life. I am a jack of all trades, however I have dived head first into Men’s work, Masculine Embodiment, and the true nature of healing over the past 8 years. I have messed up, made decisions I am not proud of, and unintentionally hurt myself, and others along the way. Through this, I have learned the importance of doing what I say I’ll do, standing up & speaking up for my passions, leaning into the shadow self and healing, being present with myself, my wife, my family, and being a contributor to our humanity by sharing my gifts and my mess with the intention to impact anyone in a positive way.

Through my experience, practices, and the men I choose to surround myself with, I have learned the impact that can be made in our world. Let me tell you that this responsibility is incredibly large yet it is worth it. As men, we have a responsibility to show up for ourselves, family, friends, and communities. We have a responsibility to do the work, lean into our shadows, heal, and create a community of Men that help you be the best version of yourself in every way possible. This work is challenging. It can be difficult. However, the reward is far greater than any roadblock, hurdle, or obstacle that presents itself in life. Walk with me brothers as we honor ourselves through integrity, presence, stability, love, and connection. This is your calling; the time is now more than ever. I look forward to seeing you in the shadows as well as the light!
